How to Access dB Primary from Home

Dear Parents & Carers,

As you are aware Odessa will be using the dB online Learning Platform. This platform will be used if your child is in isolation or has to quarantine due to travel under the Covid19 government guidance.

We will also use this platform in the event on a ‘bubble’ closure or if further lockdown restrictions come into force. The teachers have been organising some useful links and key skills for you children to explore regardless of closures or a further lockdown.

If you have any questions or queries please feel free to call Mrs Tindling (Home Learning Admin) or your child’s class teacher to discuss any matters further.

Newham Learning

Newham Learning is a dynamic group of local-authority primary schools in the London Borough of Newham. Newham Learning Online is a collection of educational videos that have been put together and designed to support children’s learning across the curriculum, through giving clear and bite sized instruction about the concepts and ideas which can be found in each of our school curriculums.

They are great to use in our classrooms but will be especially helpful to support children’s home learning, either in the event of further lockdowns or in the case of pupils who cannot return to school. By clicking on the link, you will be able to access a range of videos on Newham Learning’s YouTube page.
